We began way back in 1992 - as good as a lifetime in the computer age. Our experience spans:

We use the Internet very effectively to minimize response times, and maximize cost efficiencies. Besides using email for communication, we also use chat, and VoiceOverIP softwares frequently in order to stay in close touch with our clients. For installations, implementations and diagnostics we make use of ftp and remote access software (like pcAnywhere) so that problems are identified and resolved in minimal time.
